I know most people do know this thing. But some people don't. I have just a simple information starting off with my blog.
If you want to control your body sugar, don't eat white coloured food such as white bread, white sugar, white rice and even white salt. They contain a high amount of starch and sugar(EXCEPT FOR SALT) which is very bad for the health. Replace these food items with oat bread, sugarcane sugar, himalaya salt( their salt is pink in colour) and brown rice
